Let their staff of professionals at Liberty Tax Service teach you how to properly and efficiently prepare tax returns with their tax preparation course this fall. The 10 week, 20 session certificate program course is offered by Liberty as a free community service; the only cost involved is for the books. It is a perfet course for applying for a tax prep job, for personal enrichment and for those currently working in the tax industry who would like to increase their knowledge of personal tax issues. CPA's and attorneys send personnel from their offices to Liberty's tax prep classes. Two bonus, no charge classes also follow the 10 week course and cover local issues. This certificate entitles you to the set of three large softback books that include all the material covered in the course. You must enroll in the tax preparation course by August 20th to ensure that your books are ordered. The books will be distributed at the first class on September 14. Hannibal class times are Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6p-9p. If you prefer morning classes, they are available at the Quincy Branch.
