Does it cost anything to sign-up?

No. During the sign-up process you'll provide information needed to establish an account. This will include your name, address, city, state and zip code. You'll also provide information about the credit card you plan to use to make your purchases. 

How can merchants sell things so inexpensively?

Every business represented at Big River Bargains is a KHMO, KICK-FM, Y101 advertising partner. One way these partners can promote their businesses is to get their goods and services into the hands of new customers. These businesses, along with Big River Bargains, work together to promote their goods and services on Missouri, Illinois and Iowa radio stations and get their products to you at a price that is too great to pass up!

What is an email alert?

If you are looking for an item that's out of stock, you can request an email alert when that item is added to the online inventory. For example, if you are looking for gasoline at 50% off and it's not available today, signing up allows you to receive an Email alert as soon as this item is added to Big River Bargains. That way you will be the first to know about the items that interest you most!

What Is Big River Bargains?

Big River Bargains is Northeast Missouri and West Central Illinois' new online shopping mall. It's where you can purchase goods and services from Tri-State area merchants. And unlike other malls, there is no limit to the number of stores and the variety of things you can buy. Plus, every item or service is on sale every day!!

Do I have to Sign Up to bid on an auction item?

Yes. If you have a Big River Bargains User Name and Password, you're already Signed Up! If you don't , just click on the Sign Up link at the top of the page to register. No purchase is necessary to Sign Up.

How do I find the vendor?

A map will be printed on the certificate showing the location of the business.

How do I view my account information?

When you log in to BigRiverBargains.com your account is viewable. Simply use your Username and Password. There you can view your Account History, set Email Alerts, pay for auction items,etc.

What is the 'Fulfill Date' on my Purchase History?

The Fulfill Date is the date of the purchase. It is the date that your credit card was charged and the item was removed from Big River Bargains inventory.

When will my merchandise be shipped?

The actual merchandise is not shipped to you. Typically, the next business day following your purchase, certificates are mailed from the Big River Bargains offices to your shipping address. You present the certificate at the vendor's place of business for redemption.

Can I return an item I purchased?

Big River Bargains guarantees your satisfaction on merchandise you purchase on our site. We will try, very hard, to accommodate requested changes to your order. However, please understand that with dated certificates, refunds or exchanges may be limited.

How do I buy Branson Show Tickets?

We are happy to offer a wide assortment of genuine Branson show tickets at discount prices. Please keep the following in mind when purchasing them on Big River Bargains.

1. Purchase your tickets well in advance. When you purchase Branson show tickets on Big River Bargains, they are sent via regular postal mail to your HOME address on the next business day. Please allow several business days for your tickets to arrive. We do not ship tickets to motels, temporary addresses, etc.

2. Make your reservations in advance. After you receive your tickets from Big River Bargains, it’s easy to plan your trip ahead of time. Call the reservations number on your ticket vouchers and get the date and show time you want. The expiration date of the tickets is displayed on each of the show descriptions on our website.

3. Tell your friends. Big River Bargains has sold thousands of Branson show tickets to satisfied customers all across the United States and Canada. Many tickets are 40 -60% off regular prices.

How can I tell if your site is secure?

After you place items in your cart that you wish to purchase (and have finished shopping) you can click the "Check Out" button. Clicking the "Check Out" button takes you to our secure site. You can tell it is secure in two ways.

At check out, you will be taken to our secure site. This establishes a secure link between your browser and our server and allows you to submit your credit card information with confidence.

Where can I get answers to my technical questions?

Do I have to login to buy an item?

Yes. You can begin the purchase process without logging in. However, when it's time to pay for your item you'll have to log in with your User Name and Password. You'll be prompted to choose whether you're a returning customer or a new customer. If you're a new customer, you'll be able to get a User Name and Password during the checkout process.

How do I get a Username and Password?

There are two ways to get a User Name and Password.

1. You can click on the Sign Up link at the top of any Big River Bargains page. This will take you to the pages where you can establish an account. Part of that process is giving yourself a User Name and Password.

2. The second way is to simply purchase an item and select "I am a new customer" as you check out. You'll be presented with a form to complete. Within this form you will give yourself a User Name and Password. Jot them down so you can check on your account by clicking on the My Account link. On future visits to the site, you can Login by using your User Name and Password.

There are two ways to get a User Name and Password.

In the future, if you misplace your User Name and Password, go the the "My Account" page at BigRiverBargains.com and click on the "Forgot Password?" link. Just fill-in your first name, your last name and your email address. Your User Name and Password will be emailed to you.
